Title: Captain Joe Dibble, RIP
Post by: rogallo on February 17, 2026, 08:54:22 AM
I know it is not a slope topic but I wanted people to know that Capt Joe Dibble was a great friend to all modellers here in Ireland. He was a real modeller having finished a Slicker Mite only last year to be powered by a Mills 75. He was always in Our corner at the MACI meetings and will be missed by all.

Here is a video of Joe flying a @great piece of kit", back in his full size days.

May he rest in peace.

Rest in peace. We're losing far too many good people from aeromodelling

He was one of the good guys. And with a very interesting life from what I heard!

Blue skies and fair winds Joe!
