Hi Fred. You are right about the decalage. I had to raise the tailplane LE by a few mils to set the decalage at about 1' and not the 5' previously. I can check where my CofG is, but about 50mm is supposed to be right. I think the manual says 60mm +/- 10mm either way.
You likely remember the roller coaster ride when we towed it before changing the tailplane incidence. I need to fly it off the slope yet to check out the adjustment, but it is widely reported on the internet to make this change.

I though their Vario looked interesting as I have failed to get my Jeti vario working and have run out of patience!!! ;-)

Fred, do they just take a static pressure reading? Alot of images on the website showing what look to be external piped connections or maybe these are just optional extras for better accuracy?

The data looks cool though!

Great to see Ralph. One of my favourite planes. Would love to have bought a Black Horse 20cc Wilga but not available now. Can't wait to see it fly......

You’re right #1742 is a Mucha; I see the listing now. Old Gliders do one I think.

What’s the red glider at 00:40? Is it a Moswey? I think the yellow one in the background is the same.
Great video. I like their van, broken window and all 😀

Have a backlog but no enthusiasm at the moment Fred. 20cc Seagull Decathalon sitting in the shed for 15months still to assemble plus a PuRES from Hollein. Also need to repair by mini-Pike after a vertical landing that Elon Musk would have been proud of !!!!!!

Noel's old Mibo Swift refurbed over the winter plus picked up the smaller Graupner Swift via Ralph on e-bay which needs to fly.

Birthday looming and considering an electric Odyssey from art-Hobby to fly on the dunes a few miles form home. That will keep me out of trouble for a good while.

Trip to Kinsale this morning in 25-30kph SW winds. French theme evident with Ralph’s Pilatus B4 pictured flying very well. Yellow and blue scheme worked well in the winter sun. Eoins 2m Quark handled the wind and faired better than dads mini Pike which had to be dug out of the hill after imitating a dart!!!! We left early as all getting soft. I think we need to move to a warmer climate !! 😀
Happy new year everyone.
