That looks like a Meatbox canopy. One of the early models. A Gloucester Meteor peut etré

The pilot give away the era. I have to say, far from my favourite plane era :)

Pilot looks wrong for a p38 but the canopy is suggesting this???? to me anyway

Actually, the canopy looks closer to a P51D one I think. Or a Meteor.

Ok, pretty much anything with a bubble canopy! :)

The P38 canopy has more frames.

Massive clue!!

The elevator and the color scheme. Should be a bit lighter in color to be scale, but for a prototype, that will do :)
